Williams shifts focus to 2024 car

Williams is shifting its focus to the 2024 Formula 1 car due to significant progress with the current FW45 challenger. With new leadership and technical changes, the team has made solid gains, reaching seventh in the constructors' standings after a difficult 2022 season.
