Traveling to Japan for the 2023 Japanese Grand Prix? Make sure to stop by the Tokyo Festival before heading to the Suzuka Circuit

The Japanese Grand Prix organizers announced a special Tokyo Festival happening Wednesday, September 20th in Shinjuku, Tokyo. There fans have the opportunity to see some of their favorite drivers, as well as other special figures from the Formula 1 paddock. This free event runs for one day only, so don't miss out before heading to Suzuka Circuit.

Date and time: Wednesday, September 20, 2023 from 11am until 8pm

Where: Tokyu Kabukicho Tower and Kabukicho Cinecity Plaza (Shinjuku, Tokyo)

Cost: Free

  • 14:40-15:00 Stefano Domenicali (Formula 1 President and CEO)
  • 15:00-15:10 Frédéric Vasseur (Ferrari F1 Team Principal)
  • 15:10-15:25 Yuki Tsunoda (Scuderia AlphaTauri) + 1 other person yet to be announced
  • 15:20-15:35 Max Verstappen and Sergio Perez (Oracle Red Bull Racing)
  • 15:45-16:05 Esteban Ocon (BWT Alpine F1 Team)
  • 16:45-17:05 Jean Alesi (Former F1 driver)

In addition to Formula 1 personalities, you'll find Red Bull RB19 and AlphaTauri AT02 exhibition cars.
