It is round 7 of the 2026 Formula 1 season and we are back in Spain at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya which is the first of two Spain Grands Prix with the addition of the Spanish Grand Prix that will be held at the Madring.
The race weekend will run from Thursday June 11th to Sunday June 14th, 2026.
The Barcelona-Catalunya Grand Prix, formerly known as the Spanish Grand Prix, was a fan favorite for its fun events, great general admission viewing area and overall atmosphere. Despite the race being transitioned to a rotational calendar switching with the Belgian Grand Prix, fans still have tons to look forward to on the race weekend. After this year, fans can expect Barcelona-Catalunya to return to the calendar in 2028, 2030 and 2032.
ON TRACK
F1 Fan Zone
Like most race weekends, the Barcelona-Catalunya Grand Prix will host an F1 Fan Zone at the circuit for all race weekend ticket holders. There will be a variety of activations and stands for fans to peruse in between the breaks between the on-track action. The fan zone will be the best area to purchase food and drinks, merchandise and other circuit related products. The fan zone will be located near the Main Grandstand.

Concerts
The Barcelona-Catalunya Grand Prix will be host to a variety of live music performances and concerts for fans attending the race weekend. These concerts will be held on track and will be located in the fan zone near the Main Grandstand. There will be performances on the Saturday and Sunday of the race weekend and will be open to all fans who have a race weekend ticket.

OFF TRACK
F1 Fan Village
In honor of the Barcelona-Catalunya Grand Prix, Plaça de Catalunya will be hosting a ‘Fan Village’ for all fans of all ages. The fan village will run from Tuesday, June 9th to Saturday, June 13th.
The best part about this event? It’s completely free!
The fan village will be open to anyone and everyone looking to enjoy the Barcelona-Cataluna Grand Prix weekend. Attendees do not need to have purchased a race ticket in order to enter the fan village. Fans can expect a variety of activations ranging from concerts, to racing simulators to workshops.

Williams Racing Fan Zone
Williams Racing has become known for their fan zones which feature a variety of activations and exclusive merchandise options. Williams only hosts these fan zones at certain races and the Barcelona-Catalunya Grand Prix will be the fourth stop on their ‘fan zone world tour’.
Other races where the fan zones will be featured are the British GP, Spanish GP, Singapore GP, United States GP and lastly, the Las Vegas GP.
One of the best parts of the event is that it’s completely FREE! Make sure you don’t miss out on this iconic event!
