How to Watch F1 Academy in 2026 - Where American, British and Canadian Audiences Can Catch the Women-Led Racing Series

F1 Academy has been picking up speed as a support series to Formula 1 as it gains traction among motorsport fans. 2025 saw the fanbase grow 31% year-on-year as reported by Nielsen. And while the series is women-led, it isn’t women-only, with men accounting for 40% of followers.

So whether you’re a day 1, joined after the grid expanded to 18 cars, or looking to watch for the first time, you’re probably wondering: where can I watch F1 Academy in 2016?

Well we’ve got all the answers for you below!

Worldwide: YouTube and X livestreaming

The great news is that F1 Academy offers livestreams for its entire race calendar on its official YouTube channel as well as on X. This includes Qualifying as well both races for each round, and is accompanied by commentary from the likes of Ben Edwards, Nicki Shields and more.

If you happen to miss the livestream, don’t worry. You can watch it back later, or catch the highlights videos, also featured on these same channels.

And if you would prefer to watch F1 Academy in the same place you watch your F1 Grands Prix, don’t worry because there are options for that as well, depending on where you are from.

United States: F1TV via Apple TV

Streaming for all F1 Academy races in the United States will be available via F1TV, which can be accessed through Apple TV from 2026. Catch the Qualifying and both races of each round live or after the fact, as well as highlights and behind the scenes content.

You can find more information on how to access F1TV via Apple TV in the US here.

United Kingdom: Sky Sports TV, Now TV

Alongside full coverage of the F1 calendar, Sky Sport F1 offers complete access to each F1 support series, including F1 Academy. Fans can watch Qualifying and Race sessions live or stream them, and catch highlights and behind-the-scenes content whenever they wish.

Subscription to various Sky TV packages are available to UK audiences, such as the Sky Sports package which includes Sky Sports F1 as well as all other Sky Sports channels. Now TV also offers access to Sky’s sporting coverage, including F1, with single-day and monthly subscription options.

Canada: F1TV

Canadian fans can catch all of the F1 Academy action through F1TV. Both the F1TV Pro and F1TV Premium packages offer full coverage of F1 Academy, as well as other F1 support series. Like the above options, this includes live or streamed Qualifying and Race sessions, as well as highlights and additional content.

TSN also features some coverage of F1 Academy events, particularly around the Canadian Grand Prix.

Both the F1 and F1 Academy 2026 seasons promise exciting racing for fans, so be sure to tune in! For more info on where you can watch F1, check out our guide here.
