Max Verstappen claimed the sprint race win ahead of Oscar Piastri and Lando Norris despite Piastri starting the race on pole position
Oscar Piastri claimed pole position for the sprint race at the iconic Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps. Max Verstappen and Lando Norris rounded out the top three with some notable mentions making it in to the top ten. Gabriel Bortoleto had a strong qualifying performance, putting his Sauber in P10 behind Isack Hadjar and Pierre Gasly. Both of the Haas drivers made it into the top ten with Esteban Ocon finishing in sprint qualifying in P5 and Ollie Bearman finishing in P7. See what happened in the sprint race:

- Pierre Gasly was pulled off the grid for the sprint race after the team was unable to finish the necessary fixes to his engine
