The Best Fan Zones and Events at the United States GP

The United States Grand Prix is a race that fans look forward to all season long. For Round 19 of the 2025 Formula 1 season, the drivers and teams are heading back to the iconic Circuit of the Americas. Despite the incredible on-track action, there is also a variety of off-track action for all the fans to enjoy throughout the duration of the Grand Prix weekend. 

This year, the Grand Prix will run from Thursday, October 16th to Sunday October 19th, 2025.

The United States Grand Prix offers numerous fan zone activities for all race goers to participate in. Aside from the on track action, fans can experience tons of fun off the track as well!

F1 Fan Zone

The F1 Fan Zone is the main area for fans to enjoy activations and off-track activity throughout the duration of the United States Grand Prix weekend. The fan zone is located in the center of the Grand Plaza which is at the heart of the circuit. 

There are over thirty stands for fans to browse through as well as a stage that will be host to DJs and other live music performances. Fans will have a chance to test their abilities on the racing simulators while challenging other visitors to a pit stop race.

This will be the best area for fans to find and locate official merchandise to support their favorite teams and drivers and it will be the area with the most options for food and beverage. There is a wide variety of refreshment options which will feature different street and gourmet food choices.

Williams Fan Zone

The Williams F1 team is known for their amazing pop up events that they host over the course of the Formula 1 season. Fans can expect a variety of activations in the fan zone and will have access to exclusive merchandise and prize giveaways!

Concerts at the Grand Prix

COTA is known for being host to some of the best trackside concerts for fans. This year, they’ve lined up some incredible headlines to entertain the race-goers once the on-track action subsides. Not only does the circuit itself host amazing concerts, but Austin is known to be one of the best cities for live music. Once the day at the track ends, fans should head to downtown Austin to check out some local bars and venues if they’re interested in a fun live music atmosphere.

Besides the headliners, fans can also expect a variety of local artists to be performing over the course of the Grand Prix weekend. In the fan zone and near the Grand Plaza at Turns 18-19, race fans will be able to support up and coming artists while enjoying live music and DJ performances.

Lewis Hamilton’s clothing brand, +44, will be hosting a pop up in Austin over the course of the Grand Prix weekend. +44 is known for hosting fun pop up events at certain Grand Prix weekends where fans can get access to exclusive merchandise and enjoy the atmosphere of the store.
