It was a quick turnaround between the end of the sprint and the start of qualifying. Find out which drivers and teams are looking strong for Sunday's Grand Prix:

Q1 saw the shock elimination of Lewis Hamilton after he pushed too hard on and locked up on his final lap
Yuki Tsunoda had a disappointing qualifying finishing the session in 19th
Unfortunately, the home hero, Guanyu Zhou was only able to put his car in 16th on the grid
With 6 minutes left in Q2, Carlos Sainz went into the gravel and spun his car into the barriers bringing out the red flag
The session resumed and we saw both of the Alpines being eliminated
Valtteri Bottas pushed out Lance Stroll to take P10 on the grid tomorrow
Ferrari was able to repair Carlos' car which allowed him to get into Q3
Q3 was very close between the top four with Lando Norris, Oscar Piastri, Sergio Perez and Fernando Alonso switching between who would take P2
Max Verstappen claimed pole position which ended up being Red Bull's 100th pole position since they joined Formula 1
