Why the 2025 championship comes down to Abu Dhabi

The 2025 F1 title will be decided at the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix. Lando Norris is in the lead and will win the championship if he finishes in the top three. Max Verstappen or Oscar Piastri can only win if they finish first or second and Norris finishes lower. If there is a tie, Norris wins because he has more second-place finishes.

Emirates GBR wins SailGP title in Abu Dhabi

Emirates Great Britain won the 2025 SailGP Championship after a close $2m Grand Final against Australia and New Zealand. The team rose from third place on the fourth leg and took control of the race. The win gave them a rare treble, the Grand Final, the season points title, and the Impact League. The season is now over and the next one starts in January in Perth.

Red Bull to announce 2026 driver lineups on Tuesday

Red Bull will say its 2026 F1 drivers on Tuesday, and Isack Hadjar will take Yuki Tsunoda’s seat. Tsunoda has speed at times but has no steady form and sits far behind Max Verstappen in the points. Red Bull must pick two drivers for Racing Bulls from Tsunoda, Liam Lawson and Arvid Lindblad. Tsunoda may stay with Racing Bulls, move into a reserve role, or lose his place, and the team wants a strong Abu Dhabi from him to help Verstappen.

Antonelli receives death threat over Qatar GP incident

Kimi Antonelli turned off his social media after he received abuse and death threats after the Qatar Grand Prix. He finished fifth after a small error let Lando Norris pass, but some said it was on purpose. Red Bull later apologized and said it was a mistake, not on purpose.
