The Best Fan Zones and Events at the Austrian GP

Are you heading to the infamous Red Bull Ring for the Austrian Grand Prix? Make sure you don’t miss out on these events, activities and fan zones happening all throughout the weekend!

We’re already at Round 11 of the 2025 Formula 1 season and the drivers and teams are headed to Spielberg for the Austrian Grand Prix! Home to the Red Bull team, this fan favorite event never disappoints and there are countless things to do over the course of the race weekend. 

This year, the Grand Prix will run from Thursday, June 26th to Sunday June 29th, 2025. 

The Austrian Grand Prix offers numerous fan zone activities for all race goers to participate in. Aside from the on track action, fans can experience tons of fun off the track as well!

F1 Fan Zone

The Austrian Grand Prix has one of the best fan zone experiences prepared for the 2025 race weekend. Located behind the grandstands at Turn 1, there are numerous interactive events and activities for fans to take part in during the breaks between the on track action.

All of these activations are presented by F1 and its partners so it really is the best spot to immerse yourself in the excitement of the race weekend.

Steiermark Village Fan Zone

Similar to the F1 Fan Zone, the Steiermark Village Fan Zone will be a place for fans to conglomerate in between the breaks of the on track action. This will be the main area for live music and DJs all throughout the rain weekend. There are also a variety of interactive events that fans can take part in as well as immersive activities to keep the fun going all weekend long. 

This fan zone is located opposite the welcome time and its hours are as follows:

Saturday

  • 7:00 - 22:30

Sunday

  • 7:00 - 20:00

Driver and Team Personnel Appearances

Located in the F1 Fan Zone behind the Grandstands at Turn 1, the main stage will be hosting driver and team personnel appearances all throughout the weekend. This is a great opportunity for fans to hear their favorite drivers and team members ahead of the race weekend! The names of each specific person have yet to be announced, but listed below is the rough timeline for who the fans can expect and when they are scheduled to take to the stage.

Concerts

The F1 Fan Zone will be hosting numerous musical guests over the course of the weekend, providing fans with unlimited live entertainment and creating a fun atmosphere for the duration of the Grand Prix. The F1 Fan Zone is where fans will be able to find the majority of the performances, but there will also be DJs performing all weekend long at the Steiermark Village Fan Zone.
