Aston Martin slips up in 2024 cost cap review
The FIA completed its 2024 cost cap review and found that only Aston Martin broke the rules in a minor way, while all other teams and engine manufacturers complied. Aston Martin’s mistake was sending unsigned financial papers before the March 31 deadline and adding the signature later on April 15. The FIA said the delay occurred due to unexpected issues the team couldn’t control. Since Aston Martin didn’t gain any advantage, it won’t be punished but will cover the cost of the review process.

Is Tsunoda running out of time at Red Bull?
Jamie Chadwick believes Yuki Tsunoda’s relationship with Red Bull is “already broken” after another disappointing race in Mexico, where a slow 12-second pit stop ruined his chances of scoring points. She said Tsunoda’s tone shows frustration and suggests he no longer feels the need to protect the team. Jacques Villeneuve also criticized Tsunoda for sounding unhappy and making excuses for his poor form. Helmut Marko said a decision will come after the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, but it’s likely Tsunoda will lose his seat to Isack Hadjar and take a reserve role next year.
